These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Builder Branding Co. website and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them by means other than the interface we provide.
Services and engagements
Free tools such as the Builder Brand PE Index™ are provided for informational purposes. Paid engagements — including The Excavation™, Brand Renovation™, and the Systems Retainer — are governed by the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and terms agreed in a separate proposal or agreement. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed engagement agreement controls.
Fees and payment
Fees for paid engagements are stated in the applicable proposal. Diagnostic credit, guarantees, and refund conditions are described on our pricing and service pages and in your agreement.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and our trademarks — including Builder Brand PE Index™, The Excavation™, Brand Renovation™, and Load-Bearing Labs™ — are owned by or licensed to Builder Branding Co. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to you as set out in your agreement.
No guarantee of results
Our diagnostics and recommendations are professional opinions based on the information available to us. We do not guarantee any particular business, valuation, sale, or financial outcome. See our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Builder Branding Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid engagement will not exceed the fees you paid for that engagement.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
